How HookPilot users can request deletion of account data and connected service information.

Overview

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your HookPilot account data, email support@hookpilot.co from the email address associated with your HookPilot account and include the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, include any identifying details that can help us verify ownership before we process the request.

What we delete

Once your request is verified, HookPilot will remove or anonymize account information, saved generations, connected integrations, and other personal data associated with your account where reasonably possible.

Some records may be retained for a limited time when required for legal compliance, billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security purposes.

Processing timeline

HookPilot reviews deletion requests as quickly as possible and will confirm when the request has been completed or if we need additional information to verify ownership.

Response timing can vary based on account status, billing history, and any active legal or security obligations.
